Welcome to our luxurious 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom family vacation home in Solterra Resort, Davenport, FL. This spacious villa sleeps 18 guests and is perfect for family gatherings or shared vacations. Located just 15 minutes from Disney
with Interstate 4 only 3-5 minutes from the entrance. Just a short Stroller-easy walk to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, which is important so you don't need to spend your vacation driving & parking. Enjoy resort amenities like a walk in community pool with water slide, a lazy river, as well as your own private pool/spa East-Southeast facing pool with sunny mornings, & shaded afternoons. Infant gear included, 2 family lounges, & removable pool safety fence with gate, a must with small children.


First Floor
Open Plan Living Area: Spacious and designed for relaxation, with room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, featuring a living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a covered lanai with alfresco dining and a resort-style pool and spa with Free Heat included. Removable child pool safety fence and self-closing pool child safety gate.


Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch & dinner with Keurig & all the appliances, cookware & utensils you could need.

Make your own Mickey Waffles! Creates 6 mickey waffles. Pour 3 on the top, flip & then pour 3 more on the bottom. Kids will LOVE these waffles!! Waffle batter dispenser provided as well!

Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that seats 10 guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with freestanding shower and oversized tub, private pool exit, ceiling fan, and supersized TV.

Second Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom with freestanding shower, ceiling fan, and supersized TV.

Game room in garage - with Basketball challenge, Arcade game, Pool Table, Golf Putting, Oversized connect Four, and other games.

Additional Amenities: Half bath off the kitchen for guests to use without entering a bedroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board.

Take the stairs up to the second level.
Here you will also find a second living Room with Luxe leather sectional sofa that surround the big screen TV and Air Hockey table – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs..

Third Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom with freestanding shower and tub, ceiling fan & oversized TV.

Fourth & Fifth Bedrooms: 2 Queen beds with a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with an adjoining bedroom with two full beds, ceiling fan & TV.

Sixth Bedroom: 2 Full beds, Frozen themed, ceiling fan & TV.

Seventh Bedroom: Mickey & Minnie themed, with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Additional Full Bathroom: Off the upstairs living room.

Resort Fee: Effective September 1, 2023, a Leisure Patron Resort Fee is payable on-site: $35 plus tax for up to 12 guests, and $45 plus tax for 12+ guests per household per stay. This fee grants access to the resort amenities.

The Solterra Resort from I-4 East and West bound. Both take just a couple turns and a few minutes to arrive at the community.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 at Hwy 27. Turn Left on Hwy 27. Turn Left on Posner Blvd. Turn Right on Grandview Pkwy. Turn Left on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Turn Left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the Right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Turn Left on Osceola Polk Line Rd. Turn Left on Herritage Pass. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway. Turn Right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
