Weâre Steven & Alyssa T., and our story with Solterra Resort began just like many of our guests â with a family vacation. We rented a home here, instantly fell in love with the community, and soon after decided to purchase our own. Today, we use the villa to gather our family several times a year and continually make upgrades so that every stay is better than the last.
Many of those updates come directly from suggestions shared by past guests. Nothing makes us happier than welcoming returning families who feel at home here.

We fell in love with Solterra Resort because it has everything families want for the perfect Orlando vacation. The location is ideal â just minutes from I-4 and 15 minutes to Disney â yet tucked inside a secure, peaceful gated community.

The clubhouse is only a short stroll from our home, so you can leave the car behind and walk over with the kids in minutes.
We also love that the community is beautifully maintained, family-friendly, and designed for relaxation after a long day at the parks. Whether itâs mornings by the pool, afternoons at the lazy river, or evenings grilling on the lanai, Solterra offers the perfect balance of fun and downtime.

Unlike many homes, our pool deck is equipped with a removable safety fence and self-closing gate, providing peace of mind for families with young children.
Weâre also just a short walk to the Solterra clubhouse, so you can easily access the lazy river, water slide, cafĂ©, and fitness center without driving. This convenience sets our home apart from many others in the resort.
