Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a private and gated community with a newer Par 72 Championship Golf Course. 🏝️ Our Golf includes 8 sets of Tees, a full practice range with over 20 grass hitting stations, an extensive short game practice area and a 9,000 square foot putting green. There is a Pro-Shop, golf clinics and private lessons available as well.
🏝️ Our condo has all updated kitchen & laundry appliances, Our condo and parking spot/new carport are also very close to the Building.
🏝️ LIVING ROOM: Includes a 43" Flat Screen HDTV. There are extra-large panel sliding glass doors that open onto the Lanai giving wall to wall beautiful scenery to view all day long. 🏝️ You will see spectacular sunsets from our private Lanai overlooking the Fairway and 3 lakes.
🏝️ DINING ROOM: seats 6 comfortably with plenty of room for at least 3 more at the counter/bar. Includes an extra table leaf and additional dining chairs
🏝️ MASTER SUITE: overlooks the golf course and lakes, has additional sliding doors that give you a private entrance onto the Lanai, a King size bed, a Flat Screen TV (with TIVO/cable), spacious walk-in closet and a large separate room for toilet and tub/shower.
🏝️ 2ND BEDROOM: located on the other end of the condo and adjacent to a separate full-size bathroom, includes a newer Queen size bed. The 2ND BATHROOM has a new step-in shower with wall to wall sliding glass doors.
🏝️ Eat-in KITCHEN: fully stocked with everything you need.
This condo is situated directly across (30’ away) from one of the many Kelly Greens’ pools, a new Tennis/Pickle Ball Court & Bocce Ball area. Community BBQ Grill is located outside of the Pool House Door near Bocce Area. All of these features are included in the rent - no extra Transfer fee for using these.
🏝️ Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking along with many clubs and activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights and cooking classes, etc.) with Transfer Fee to play Golf (inc. other amenities) and a ‘Dining-Only’ (optional) fee if you choose. Rates for these 2 options are always set by Kelly Greens and have been changed - effective 2024. 🏝️ The condo is in a great location within Kelly Greens. Our building and condo is located directly across from our pool. Our assigned parking space is also directly underneath our condo (new carport).
🏝️ There is a terrific view of the golf course with GORGEOUS SUNSETS everyday. Our Lanai is also very private because it does not face any other Lanais from other buildings, so all you see is the beauty of Kelly Greens, the lakes, birds and occasional golfers.
🏝️ Kelly Greens is situated 3 miles from the Sanibel Causeway which takes you to Sanibel and Captiva Islands for the best sea shelling in Florida, many great shops and outstanding restaurants. 🏝️ Fort Myers Beach is 5 miles away with more restaurants, new Margaritaville Resort (includes shopping and a great night life). 🏝️ The Minnesota Twins (Century Link Sports Complex) and Boston Red Sox (Jet Blue Park) training parks/stadiums and the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall are just minutes away.
