Welcome to your newly remodeled island retreat at Ocean Village on South Hutchinson Island. This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 6th floor of the Catamaran II building and was fully updated in September 2025.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds with a second bathroom just down the hall. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and the open dining and living areas provide plenty of space to relax and spend time together. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience.
As a guest, you'll have access to Ocean Village amenities such as swimming pools, golf, tennis courts, a fitness center, and beach access â all subject to availability. Whether you're visiting for a family vacation or a quiet escape, this comfortable and modern condo is the perfect place to enjoy life by the ocean.
