Has potential to be great.
I will begin by stating that the condo is beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular! Itâs on the top floor and the vaulted ceilings makes it feel very spacious in the living area. Itâs a very short walk to the beach and the community has tons of amenities. We were however disappointed when we arrived to the guard gate to find that our keys were not there for our check-in. Luckily, a local friend of mine made some phone calls and found the agent to let us in the condo. Unfortunately, the owner uses a property rental agency to stand-in as the host on vrbo. The rental office did not give us any check-in directions, so we did not know which parking space was ours nor did we know if we had access to an outdoor storage closet. There was no direct phone number for our rental agent, except for an office phone number and the office closes at 5pm. So, when we needed immediate help for a kitchen plumbing emergency, I had to leave a message at the office and I also sent a message in the Vrbo app in hopes to reach an agent. It took a couple of hours before I got a call back. The condo requires a little maintenance. The sliding glass door handle fell off when we attempted to open them. And, the screens were not the proper mosquito screens so we had to keep the doors closed at all times. There was also poor sink / tub drainage in the bathrooms. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider renting the condo again.
