From the street, drive up or stroll through the driveway to the rear of the property. Three steps down to the entrance patio where you will enter the home through the left door into the entry foyer with its bench seat and coat closet. Come into the great room with its 65 inch articulating HDTV, living lounge, banquette dining zone with seating for 8, oversized butcher block kitchen island that seats 2, surrounded by custom paneled appliances and cabinetry, gas cooktop, electric wall oven and second speed oven/microwave combo.
The polished concrete floor throughout is radiant heated with circulating hot water to ensure your comfort. Beyond the kitchen is the central hallway which leads left to the southwest sunlit queen bedroom, the laundry room, and the first full bath. To the right is a second queen bedroom, and the third (primary) queen suite with its walkthrough closet and private bath.
