With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and nearly 4,000 sq ft of space, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a home base during their stay in the Dallas area.
Whether you're relaxing in the master suite, gathering in the open kitchen, or enjoying an evening on the patio, this home provides both design and comfort.

PLEASE NOTE:
âą IDENTIFICATION âą
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to read/sign and will be asked to provide a copy of their ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed.
âą PARKING âą
We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles at the property. Two in the garage, two in the driveway, and two for street parking.
âą COMMUNITY âą
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors.
âą SECURITY âą
To enhance security at the entrance, we have installed cameras at the front entrance facing the street/driveway and in the backyard facing the gate. These cameras allow us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door and monitor for unexpected entrance to the backyard. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored.
âą HOUSE RULES âą
No parties. If a party is discovered due to neighbor complaint, or law enforcement involvement, your stay will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. If smoking occurs in the house there will be an additional $500 dollar cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed at the property. Any pets discovered at the property will cause your stay to be terminated and no refunds will be given.
Maximum occupancy is 10 persons, that includes adults and children. Your group will be charged $100 per person per night for each unregistered guest above this limit.
Tampering with, disabling, or inhibiting use of the security cameras and/or internet equipment at the property will lead to a $500 fee and possible termination of your stay with no refunds given.

Our cancellation policy is firm. Trip insurance is highly recommended to ensure you are refunded for any last minute cancellations.
