PARKING
Parking for up to 10 vehicles in the driveway areas in front and side of the home (2 covered spaces under Portes-cochere)
Parking for up to 8 vehicles on grassy area along driveway between white stakes. Additional parking on the property is near the front gate for up to 30 vehicles

Guest access
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message/email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at any time. If requested, host can be present at check-in for a walk through of the home and features.

QUIET HOURS
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized events. City of Cedar Hill Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Guests can continue to play music and enjoy the outdoors past 10 pm as long as the music and noise is not loud.
