Hi Slhamei, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our property seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’re happy we could offer you an early check-in. We always make sure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. We did a walk-through of the home before your arrival and we’re confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your early check-in.- We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. Our records show that we didn’t hear from you. If we had heard from you, we would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.- We have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient.- As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!

Hi Margie, these homeowners work hard to provide a five-star experience for all guests, so they were disappointed by your feedback. They would like to share the following: - The pool remote was recommended by a local company as it is simple to use; guests just need to press the ON button for the spa or pool. We would have been happy to help had you let us know you were having trouble with it. - We ask renters not to park golf carts in the garage, as it can bring in sand if the golf cart was driven to the beach. - We have tested different beach chairs and found the plastic Adirondacks to be the best as they are lightweight, comfortable, and do not rust or break easily. We provide a large wagon as well, which makes it easy to bring them to the beach. - We apologize for any issues with the fans. We are installing six new fans in early June. - The pool gates are inspected by the city every two years, so we can assure you that they meet all regulations. - We are not aware of any uneven deck boards; we will inspect the deck and ensure nothing needs to be repaired. - The garage door opener was working before your arrival, but again, we would have been happy to help with that had we known. We are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy perfect stays here, and we encourage them to reach out should they need anything!
