The backyard is designed for fun and relaxation with a patio dining set, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill. *For a little extra excitement, guests can enjoy our giant 4-in-a-row and giant Jenga games, perfect for friendly competitions and family fun under the Arizona sun. *The sliding glass door is equipped with an automatic self-closing, self-latching lock to meet Glendale safety codes and help prevent unsupervised pool access. * Pool Heat Disclosure: Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night. Please note that during colder months (Dec–March), the water may not reach typical swimming temperatures. Guests have access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, loft, laundry, and private backyard with pool. We live just a few minutes away and are happy to be available if you need us during your stay. Otherwise, we’re only a quick message or call away. ** Pool Heating Disclosure ** 💲 Fee & Requirements: Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night. We require at least 3 days’ notice before your arrival, and heating must be arranged for the entire length of your stay. Our pool is heated with electric heaters during the fall and spring months, when outdoor temperatures are typically above 60°F. The heater is set to maintain 85°–90°F, though water temperature may fluctuate by up to 10 degrees overnight and in the early morning. Pool heating (and cooling) is always relative to outdoor temperatures. When the weather drops below 60°F or rises above 95–100°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature range, even with the system running 24/7. No pool cover is required. ⚠️ Winter Advisory (December–March): Due to cold weather, it is unlikely the pool will reach 85–90°F. For your safety, we do not recommend swimming during these months, as there is a risk of hypothermia. ⚠️ Important: No refunds will be issued for temperature variations caused by weather conditions. We want your pool time to be as safe and enjoyable as possible — please let us know in advance if you’d like pool heating added to your stay!
