1. Maximum occupancy is 6, excluding children under (12) years old. Sleeping arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. There is no garage at the property.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
