In a quite family friendly neighborhood this home offers everything you need during your stay in Portland. The house is on a quite side street, set back from the road. With a driveway that can park three cars end to end you will not need to worry about parking at this property.
You will have the entire property to yourself â two floors of living space including both bedrooms, all bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living area. Enjoy the private entrance, and self check-in via smart lock.
This property is pet friendly, many guest have stayed with dogs and cats. The back yard is not fenced.
Children are welcome at this house, the property is not childproofed and there are a set of stairs from the first floor to the second floor.
No smoking in the property.
No Parties are allowed.
Please respect the neighbors and abide by the quiet hours.

This newly renovated duplex offers a modern kitchen, great for cooking family meals. The living room has two comfortable couches a large TV for watching movies, news or any sporting events
Hoping to catch a show? Thompsons Point, Port City, Aura, The State Theater, Portland House of Music all within a few miles.
Lobster: DiMillo's Floating restaurant, Jay's Oyster Bar, Scales, and many many more!
Breweries: Shipyard, Bissel Brothers, Oxbow, Foundation Brewing, Rising Tide, and many more!
For long term stays we provide visits from our cleaner to maintain the apartment that are included in the cost of the total stay. Long term stays are any bookings 3 weeks or longer.
