Wonderful Property and Excellent / Responsive Service made our stay absolutely 5 star. The property is every bit as advertised with so much to do and room for our 18 guests and 4 dogs. We even had 10 more come for a day visit and there was room and activities for everyone at every age. Communication was absolutely excellent. Every question responded to quickly and professionally.

The house is amazing and amenities can't be beat. We did have to reach out to the property manager for some help with a few things so I would suggest a house manual that people can read to help answer some questions. The property manager was very responsive and quick. The outside looked unkept, but the lawn maintenance came the very next morning and was able to clean it up to acceptable for our use. It's a great place and we will be back.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and all of the amenities at Rodeo Ranch. We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the house manual, and we’re already working on making guest information even more seamless and easy to access for future stays. We appreciate your patience regarding the outdoor maintenance as well. Our lawn team had an unexpected scheduling issue the day prior, but we’re glad they were able to get everything taken care of quickly the next morning. We’d absolutely love to host you again on your next trip to Texas!

Rodeo Ranch is awesome - highly recommend if you are convening a group, especially if there are kids. Super fun amenities and the kitchen really provides an anchor for hanging out (as well as being stocked with brand new pots and pans!).Ideal for 4-6 adults plus 6-10 kids. The house could easily sleep 20, the constraint would be bathrooms. There are four large full baths, two ensuite and two shared so it depends on your group's preferences.Hosts are top-tier. We actually booked one of their other (smaller) properties near Lakeside, which apparently ran into HOA problems between booking and our stay. We appreciate them offering Rodeo Ranch as an alternative and had a great time!

It was a wonderful experience for our leadership. The decor was so beautiful and we had enough space to spread out for team building activities. We were not able to enjoy all of the amenities this time around but the team is looking to come back next year for our next meeting. We did have a few minor issues and would like to offer some recommendations:- Labels for the switches. There are a lot of light switches inside and out and it was a challenge figuring out what they all controlled. - A user guide for the coffee maker would be nice.- Small washcloths/face towels- the pocket door between the secondary bedroom closet and bathroom wouldnt open all the way. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful and will be back. Thank you!!
