And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests â perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.
đȘ Guests have full access to Unit 2, including the private patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and 2 secured parking spaces.
Check-in is easy with a smart lock code provided before arrival. There is also a nice open shared courtyard space w bike rack.

*Traveling with a larger group? In addition to this unit, you can rent the other side of the duplex (sleeps 5) and even a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.
*Construction* From December through April, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring property. Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Parking: Tandem parking is available on-site. Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. đ
