Downstairs features three bedrooms, including two calm, adult-friendly owner suites with king beds, walk-in closets, and spa-inspired private bathrooms. These rooms are ideal for parents, grandparents, or anyone who prefers main-floor living. A third downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with immersive, space-themed décor that feels playful yet polished, complete with its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, the experience becomes especially memorable for younger guests. Lakeside Magic is located inside Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community with 24/7 manned security.

All vehicles must be pre-registered prior to arrival. A valid driver’s license is required for each driver, and each vehicle must be registered separately to receive its own gate pass.

**Pool and Spa Heating (Optional)**
Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day.
Pool heats up to approximately 86°F.
Spa heats up to approximately 104°F.
Heating hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Spa heats at approximately 1°F per hour; pool heating varies by weather.
When outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, pool heating cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: When the spa bubbler is activated, all heat diverts to the spa and pool heating pauses. The timer is located on the lanai wall.

**BBQ Grill Rental**
A 4-burner gas grill is available for rent at $75 plus tax for the entire stay.
Includes a full propane tank, cleaning brush, fire blanket, and BBQ caddy.
Please request in advance so it is clean and ready upon arrival.
The fee request will be sent on the morning of check-in.

**Routine Community Services**
Routine services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, pest prevention, and daily trash pickup may occur during your stay. On rare occasions, pool access may be briefly paused (typically under 60 minutes). These routine services are part of normal resort operations and are not grounds for refunds.

Optional curated experiences coordinated through Property ReImagined may include event décor, catering or private chef services, barista or cocktail service, on-site cleaning, nanny services, character experiences, and professional photography or videography.
