Formosa luxury villa - Welcome to The Oasis

Situated just a short drive from Disney, this expansive family home villa sleeps over 16 guests comfortably. Inside features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 7 spacious bedrooms. This luxury villa also benefits from a game room, a home theater with a full theater seating experiencea, and room audio streaming. Outside you will find a large private pool with spillover hot tub, sunloungers, firepit with seating, and a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen, an alfresco dining area and relaxing lounge seating.

The Oasis is a custom built vacation home and at over 7900sq ft offers a truly luxurious base for your next trip to Central Florida with plenty of space for even the largest of gatherings.

This home is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens, a family-friendly gated community for your security located just 5 minutes from Disney World and even closer to the Margaritaville Resort with shopping villages of a wide range of restaurants and shops. Multiple golf courses and winery are also nearby.

With a large pool, hot tub, movie theater, summer kitchen and so much more you may never want to leave!

Guest access:
There is no on street parking allowed over night in the neighborhood. Front gate and door access will be provided just prior to your visit with arrival instructions.

Other things to note:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The pool and hot tub are heated for an additional daily charge of $40/day payable to the on-site manager upon arrival for the days you want or electronically to me directly.

Firepit includes the currently used propane tank and one extra replacement tank. All refills beyond that are the responsibility of the guest or can be arranged with the property manager at the guest's expense.
