Trailers are NOT allowed on property. Motorcycles are allowed to park on the first floor of the parking garage, and the parking lot across the street from the resort.

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **

**No RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. Motorcycles allowed on 1st floor of parking garage or lot across the street from the resort**

**This is a pet-free resort, no pets permitted**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts quiet time of 11pm to 7am**
