2 parking passes will be available for your stay. Passes and pool bands will be in the condo once your arrive.

Trailers are NOT allowed on property. Motorcycles are allowed to park on the first floor of the parking garage, and the parking lot across the street from the resort.

**Free parking is available in the parking garage and open lot both located across the street**

**We will usually be within 20 minutes of the unit, please call with any emergencies or to report any accidents or damages to inside the unit.**

*No smoking inside property, evidence of smoking in property, you will be charged a $250.00 fine*

**Renter agreement needs to be completed and signed**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out, we will do so**

**Your payment method may be charged if you or your guests cause damage or missing items from the property during your stay**

**Best way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **

**No RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. Motorcycles allowedon 1st floor of parking garage or lot across the street from the resort**

**This is a pet-free resort, no pets permitted**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts quiet time of 11pm to 7am**

**Resort Amenities are not guaranteed and may be changed, removed, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pools, hot tubs, pool heaters, and beach equipment. No compensation will be provided for unavailable or removed amenities**

**We recommend Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. If you cancel without it and we rebook the property, a refund (minus the reservation fee) may be issued. If not rebooked, payments are forfeited**
