Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Amenities?'
A: NO â Sorry, but the building HOA has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities to those not owned and run by their on-site management company. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed in the property info at no extra charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.

A: No - There are no hidden or additional fees. Everything listed during your reservation booking is all you will pay.

A: NO â Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavilion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach.
Please note that motorcycles and trailers are not allowed in the parking deck.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - This is your vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines (ex: trash removal) before you leave which will be in our guidebook after you book.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry â SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. There is also a toaster over/air fryer combo. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
