The unit was located in an area with a lot of nice boutiques and restaurants away from the French quarter and offered a more quiet retreat. We loved the balcony overlooking the street with the rocking chairs which was a nice place to relax any time of the day. Only a short walk from the park. The place was spotless and had absolutely anything you could need in an Airbnb. Edward has great taste and the place was renovated and decorated well and felt very cozy. Though it is a third floor unit above a business, there is no noise from the business below that filters into the apartment. There is also a private elevator that opens directly into the living room of the space. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay in this penthouse again when visiting Nola.â - Priya

Enjoy ultimate comfort in the lounge, which features an electric leather sofa and a 55" Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and hanging out with your group. Youâll find the private elevator opens right up to this bright space.
Keep your clothes clean using a full size Samsung washer and dryer, located just off the living area in a discreet space. Thereâs also an iron and ironing board for your convenience!

The neighborhood is very safe and is near Audubon Park, a zoo, and a golf course, so you can make the most out of your stay. Take a short walk to enjoy some of the best food that New Orleans has to offer or a short drive to The French Quarter for the live music the district is known for. The Convention Center is also nearby if you are in town for a convention. If you want to explore the city like a local; thereâs a bus stop literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city.

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire penthouse, including the large balcony, full kitchen, Smart TVs, wifi, elevator, and parking. A juice bar is located downstairs. You will be the only one with full access to the 3rd floor penthouse, private elevator and single off-street parking spot.

GREAT neighborhood feel with all the local flavor. Right across the street are excellent restaurants. Italian (AVO), Seafood (Bistro Daisy), Mediterranean (SABA), and Mexican (Juan's Flying Burrito). For breakfast you can always go around the corner to âToastâ or drive a few minutes down on Magazine to âRuby Slipperâ. If you want pastries or coffee, you can walk to âDistrict Donutsâ or a short drive on Magazine to âLe Boulangerieâ
A bus stop is literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city. If you wanted to ride a streetcar (trolley), you would simply buy a transfer, exit the bus, re-board the streetcar and continue to your next destination. Of course, you can always take an Uber or Lyft.
