By night, the modern Murphy bed system unfolds into a cozy retreat, making the suite both functional and stylish. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a counter dining table, lets you enjoy meals at home while still surrounded by thoughtful, artisan details.

Whether you’re here to reflect, create, or simply rest, River is your private sanctuary in the heart of Louisville’s vibrant NULU neighborhood. Guest Access:
The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
