The Space:

Welcome to The River Suite, a thoughtfully designed bachelor studio created for guests who want to stay in the heart of Louisville’s most vibrant neighborhood.



This space features warm wood accents, modern furnishings, and soft neutral tones that give it a clean and welcoming feel. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend out, a business trip, or a quick Louisville getaway, the layout is made to be both functional and comfortable.



Important location note (please read before booking):



The apartment is located right next door to a bar, which means the area can feel lively — especially in the evenings and on weekends. You may hear music, voices, and foot traffic at night. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best fit. However, if you love being steps from restaurants, drinks, and nightlife, you’ll be in the perfect spot.



By day, the space functions as a bright living area — ideal for relaxing, working remotely, or planning your adventures around NuLu.

By night, the modern Murphy bed system transforms the room into a comfortable sleep space while keeping the studio open and uncluttered.



The suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook simple meals, plus counter seating for dining, working, or enjoying a morning coffee before heading out.



Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you can sip craft coffee in the morning, explore galleries in the afternoon, and end your day with cocktails or live music—all just steps from your front door.



Getting Around:

Situated in the heart of NuLu including High Horse Bar right next door—Louisville’s most walkable and art-forward neighborhood—your stay offers unbeatable access to the city’s best.



Step outside and discover a rich mix of independent art galleries, chic boutiques, antique shops, and farm-to-table eateries—all within a few blocks. Swing by Garage Bar for a lively outdoor hangout with ping-pong and cocktails, or browse the creative stalls at NuLu Marketplace. For immersive experiences, check out Angel’s Envy or Rabbit Hole Distillery for bourbon tastings, or challenge yourself at Climb NuLu.

Other Things to Note:

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
