The effect is both grounding and surreal, inviting guests to look inward while enjoying the beauty of thoughtful design.



The space is anchored by a clever Murphy bed system, allowing you to seamlessly transition from a restful night’s sleep to a cozy living area. The full-service kitchen and minimalist walk-in bath bring modern convenience, while the room’s artistic blue details remind you to slow down and savor the moment.



Zonder offers more than just a stay — it’s a retreat for those who crave solitude, reflection, and calm. Whether you’re journaling, creating, or simply resting, this suite provides the perfect sanctuary to recharge in Louisville’s buzzing NULU neighborhood.



Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Situated in the heart of NuLu—Louisville’s most walkable and art-forward neighborhood—your stay offers unbeatable access to the city’s best.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
