The Space

Settle into an efficient, hotel-style stay in this thoughtfully designed studio. Sink into a plush king memory-foam bed after a full day in the city, and enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace when you need to get things done. The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking in, and a smart TV makes for easy downtime. Every inch is designed to feel open and intentional rather than cramped — modern, inviting, and exactly right for solo travelers, couples, and business trips.

Good to Know

One complimentary parking spot is included in the on-site garage. Clearance is 7 feet, suitable for most standard vehicles but not oversized vans or tall trucks. The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional short-notice closures for maintenance. This is a non-smoking property, and we aren’t able to accommodate pets, though service animals are always welcome.

The hosts were quick to respond and the property was as described. It was within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment & there is a convenient CVS store at the end of the block that is open late. There were an abundance of amenities provided & the property was very clean & comfortable. A major perk is the adjacent parking garage. Nearly every hotel downtown does not have free self-parking - the options are either self-parking @ 25ish per day without the ability to enter & exit the garage on that same fee. The parking was extremely convenient for this unit as it was only one level up from the unit with the entrance/exit to the parking garage at the end of the hallway. I would definitely recommend this unit/property for anyone who wants to stay in downtown Louisville.

I’m an Ohio native and have spent the last three years hosting in the Louisville area it’s a city I’ve come to genuinely love, and one of my favorite parts of hosting is pointing guests toward the places that make it worth visiting. In my free time you’ll find me at the gym, out on a hiking trail, traveling somewhere new, or tracking down a restaurant I haven’t tried yet. I care about the details: a bed you actually sleep well in, a kitchen that’s truly stocked, and a space that feels considered rather than generic. I like to give guests their space, but I’m always just a message away if you need anything at all. Looking forward to hosting you!

Downtown Louisville has an energy that’s hard to match. You step outside and 4th Street Live! is right there, with restaurants, bars, and live music running most nights of the week. The Kentucky International Convention Center and KFC Yum! Center are both an easy walk, so whether you’re in town for a conference, a concert, or a Cards game, you can leave the car parked and walk to it. Whiskey Row and the bourbon distilleries are just down the street, and the Louisville Slugger Museum is a fifteen-minute stroll. What sold me on this particular building is that it delivers all that access without the tradeoff you usually make for it once you’re inside the apartment, the noise of the city genuinely falls away.
