Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location. Great beach home. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. Few items missing, but Bob ran them over immediately, which was great. I would definitely stay there again.

he house was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt instantly relaxing. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back for another getaway. Highly recommend!

WOWZA!! What a location. The property is exactly as described. My family of 7 couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. Beach, private pool, spacious interior and the view from the back patio…. I will definitely be back.

Bob was a wonderful host that communicated well and recommended a company that helped us with our wedding that took place right there on the beach. This house is beautiful and appropriate for any occasion with the best location

Great! Stay with the best location possible and convenient access to the beach. Our family had so much fun, perfect setup for the perfect Beach vacation! It's so nice to be able to go over to the beach for a dip and then walk back and take a nice hot shower and not have to put up a tent or anything on the beach because you have the covered sitting area in the back that is much more convenient with an amazing view

We had a wonderful stay. Beach access was perfect and coffee every morning on the deck was my favorite. The Host was excellent, our last night at the house the air conditioning went out he came over at 10:30pm and was able to get it running for the night. Thank you, would definitely consider re-booking.

Thank you for a memorable and beautiful Easter weekend. Your place was spacious, clean and gave us the beach vibe we were wanting. We enjoyed the pool, direct beach and sunset views the most! We will recommend to anyone, but everyone we know.

Best spot on the beach. Quaint little private residence right on the beach with your own pool. What more do you want? Plenty of beach items, chairs, umbrellas. Well stocked. Will come again.

If you like to be on the beach this is the place to be!! Ahhhh-mazing! Very private with your own personal pool. We were 4 couples (family), we each had our own bedroom with king beds or 2 doubles, we had such a good time and made some great memories. Bob (our host) was super attentive. Thank you Bob!Can’t wait to come back!!!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and there was ample parking for our three vehicles (it will be tight if you have multiple large vehicles). The back porch is AMAZING and is where we spent all of our time when not on the beach. Nothing beats that early morning view with coffee and a beautiful sunset with dinner in the evening. We have a 15 month old and the ability to walk right onto the sand with our gear was priceless! AND my favorite part was our personal bathroom (at the house) it was just steps from the beach when you have to go…;). The bedrooms were roomy and clean. They were perfect for our grown family (no bunk beds) King size for everyone! (except me, I took the double room which was perfect for me). Seating outside was comfortable and cozy. The pool was clean and refreshing after our walk to the pier. The inside living area has 2 couches that are comfy, we may have used 1 hour total during our stay. We literally were outside from sun rise to bedtime. It was to beautiful to stay indoors. Although, the picture windows give great views. Little details such as fan controls and tv controls were mounted on headboards in easy reach. The retro appliances were a perfect touch. We did have a problem with hot water temperature the night of arrival but Bob arrived within 15 min to solve the problem! Communication was great and we plan to make this an annual trip. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!

This is an incredible property, if you are contemplating whether or not to book, I cannot emphasize this enough - BOOK IT!! The house was clean, and plenty big for our group of 6. The location is great, walkable to John’s pass for shopping and restaurants, convenient trolley stops, and easy to get to from TPA airport. The standout for this property is access to the beach. Literally walk out the back door and you are there. We enjoyed sunset every night and building sandcastles during the day. We also spent time every day in the heated pool which was the perfect temperature for our little kids. There were even beach and pools toys at the house for us to use!Bob was a great host, very responsive (although we had no issues during our stay ) and provided recommendations for places to eat in a comprehensive digital welcome guide. We hope to be back!

This was such a great location with the beach right outside the back door. The house is one of a kind in the area. We had beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. The beach is quieter than most that we have visited in the area, which was a huge plus. My family had a wonderful time. Bob was very accommodating and easy to work with. They provided a lot of beach items including chairs and toys. We would definitely stay again!
