Enjoyable stay

Our second trip to this property was just as good as the first. Teenage grandson’s enjoyed the pool table and having their own space. I love the location for riding our bikes and going to the mall.

Nice country feel A-Frame property in a quiet location in the forest. Short bike ride to the Village. Perfect for our family!

Great location enjoyed pool table

Nice easy flat bike ride to the mall (had bikes🌞). Kids played pool constantly ( need chalk). House was set up well, but could use a little TLC
sink did not drain in hall bathroom. I would rent again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Cute house with a good amount of space.

We had 5 of us staying. We like the house and I would recommend however there were a few little details of our stay that weren’t ideal. First we didn’t have a dish sponge. No big deal we went and bought one. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. And finally the hot tub cover is so damaged that it absorbs so much water that you need two adults to open it. Outside of that it’s a decent house that is very quaint.

Family Fun!

Our family had a great time on this property. The house was kid friendly and had games and toys that my children, ages 4-12, all enjoyed. We will definitely be returning.

Immaculate Property

Trapper 11 was an adorable A-frame in Sunriver. Immaculately clean and had all of the kitchen utensils and equipment we need it for a large Father’s Day dinner. Property management company was awesome and very responsive!

A couple of my friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate their birthdays and it was the perfect place for it. Very close to the Sunriver shops and we loved the loft that was on the 2nd floor. Although we could never figure out how to use the speaker system. If there were directions provided within the home to work the system, I'm sure your future residents would greatly appreciate it .

Enjoyed rustic retro style, but beware of beds

We enjoyed our time there. Pluses were having 3 full baths, and nice quiet location. Negatives were the wi-fi, beds, and kitchen space. We had two college students with us that needed to do school online and it was terrible. Took hours to do online projects. Desperately needs updated modem, etc. Other negative was the size and comfort of the three twin beds. They really need to be upgraded. They were small and hard even with the requested covers. Our young adults didn't sleep well. They would be fine for a toddler, but no one older. Therefore, this home should be advertised for sleeping 6 adults only. The prior reviews about the kitchen space are true. There is not one single cupboard available for food, they are all filled with dishes/cookware. We ended up using the beverage area down the hall for snacks and kept the rest of the food on top of the dryer. Not too convenient. The plus to that is the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, etc, and the utensil drawers were very organized.

Sunriver trip - April 2021

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice to have bikes available for use. The pool table and hot tub were also great to have. We would definitely book this same place again for our family of 4. Plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Thanks.

Great place!

We had a blast, it was fun to stay in an A-frame style home during a snowstorm! The only possible improvement I can think of are the beds (not very comfy). Really a great spot!

Great overall but a few updates needed

Location was great. Nice easy walk to village center. Quiet loop. Hot tub, was great. fireplace was nice and warm. Couches were comfortable. Cozy house overall. Well equipped kitchen (bring you own spices and seasonings though) Towels were plentiful and of nice quality. All the Mattresses could use upgrading. Every one was hard and uncomfortable. All the pillows were flat and well worn out. could use some newer ones there too. Bed Linens were clean but just okay quality Really enjoyed our stay overall . House is laid out well and is warm, comfotable and well kept.

This was a fun little property. We had never stayed in an A frame. We loved that there were toys for the kiddos and step stools in the bathrooms! Conveniently located next to a walk path. Quiet loop. Great place!

Great home for a relaxing getaway

Great place to relax with a large table for eating & games, plenty of seating to watch the TV & chat, and plenty of beds for people. The pool table was a surprising hit with everyone, but keep in mind the "poker table" in the garage is a small table you can play games on and not a true dedicated gaming table for poker. The large outdoor table on the large deck was also great to have.

Blissful Cabin

Wonderful getaway in Sunriver. Close to so much amazing hiking and river sports. The cabin was wonderful with a well stocked kitchen. My youngest kids especially liked the secret loft above the main loft.

Perfect Location

We had a great 4 night stay and we loved this house. Location was perfect and it had a lot of room. The only thing that would of been nice would be to have more kitchen storage. Other than that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property manager sent nice informative texts to us when we arrived and the day before departed. A lot better than getting an email or phone call. We would stay in this house again.

Nice property

it was a great house. Some dust here and there but overall it was clean. Very close to bike trail and the village. The kids enjoyed biking around. The house comes with all the essentials for a family like us that enjoys cooking. The loft is very hot in the summer so we needed to keep the air conditioner a little longer during the night. Having a washing machine and a dryer are perfect for this dusty area.
