Live like a local in Pacific Beach and call this coastal getaway home for a while. When you aren't catching some rays or surfing the waves, downtime will be a blast in the private backyard, where everyone can gather for a cold drink or quick bite to eat before heading out for more adventure. Step inside and you will be greeted by a bright interior, open layout, and fun mid-century furnishings that truly set this home apart. This home offers one king bedroom and one full-size bedroom with a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, plus a sofa sleeper for additional guests. Things to know: Free WIFI, full kitchen, private enclosed yard, and private washer/dryer. Maximum 1 pet allowed with fee. There is one very narrow driveway space that may accommodate a very small vehicle; however, street parking is usually available nearby. No A/C fans and heaters provided.

The little house was clean. We really liked the private secure yards. The king bed was very comfortable. We only used 1 bedroom, the 2nd one we just put our dogs kennels in they sleep in at night. Each bedroom has a nice tv. The photo did not show a red recliner in living room. That was a nice surprise. The washer and dryer was also a big plus. Only negative is you can hear noise from the street one house down. Grocery store and stores within walking distance. But we did need to drive to the beach to far a walk. I would stay there again nice place .

Great property

House is perfect for two adults and two children. Beds are super comfy. House is super clean and the shower has amazing pressure. Would definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Cottage in a great location

This comfortable cottage with lots of character is a wonderful home base in Pacific Beach. It’s older and colorful with touches of art indoors and in the yard, and everything works well - comfy beds, appliances, tv and WiFi, good shower, reliable entry. The parking space is small, but we found street parking easily if we didn’t use the house spot. We would stay again!

Great location in PB. Rental as pictured. Very tastefully decorated and clean. Very private outdoor space. Management very responsive to questions. Close to all San Diego has to offer. Short drive, 5 minutes to beach. Walkable to many PB restaurants.

We loved this cottage in Pacific Beach and it met most of our needs for our getaway. It was clean, in a convenient location, and had most staples. Everything worked well. Would recommend the hosts have an extra blanket and extra pillows in the linen closet for use on the pull out sofa.

Stay in San diego

Our stay was great and the location was perfect, but the vacasa company that managed the house was challenging to work with- their communication was very frustrating. The property did list a parking spot- but that is inaccurate bc the drive doesn’t fit a car- so the street parking was a little challenging. The house is very cute.

Great Property, Great Location

The home was exactly as described. The host had everything to make you feel at home (dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, fast internet, tvs, toilet paper). It was as I just moved my clothes and walked into my ready made house. Quiet, day and night. No problem with crimeIn the area. Very convenient location and less than 3 miles from my in laws house.Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is staying in San Diego.Thank you so much.Brian

Property as advertised, however in reality there is no parking. The driveway will accommodate a motorcycle or maybe a smart car. Off street parking only.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Spacious unit, comfy beds, plenty of extra towels, great location, walking distance to Garnet St with tons of restaurants and bars. Beach is a 20-25 minute walk. Unit itself was very quiet, barely any street noise but very close to all the action of PB. Sauna out back (not in the listing) was a nice bonus. FYI, only given 2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy an extra. Only decaf coffee available for Keurig so had to buy our own k-cup. Fan in the smaller bedroom didn’t work but this wasn’t too big of an issue since it wasn’t summer time when we were there. Overall great place for the price!

the house was great & just what we needed! love the yard too. we did have an issue that still hasn’t been addressed. we called & they said we would get a call back but never happened. so that was disappointing. so i would still like a call back please. other than that the stay/place was great! also the fridge kept making weird noises.

Functional and Reasonably Priced, but Outdated and A Little Out of the Way

We had a fantastic stay at this home during October/November. It was the perfect spot for our getaway! The bedroom’s king bed was especially amazing – super comfortable. The TVs worked perfectly, and we loved the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed. However, it was missing a dishwasher and the fridge did not have a water dispenser.A few things to note: The furniture in the living room, kitchen, and patio areas felt a bit outdated and unstable, so that was a little uncomfortable at times. For instance, the kitchen table is wobbly. The parking spot is also quite small, so it may be tricky for medium/large size vehicles. The location was reasonable. It isn't the most convenient spot, but it's a few blocks from Trader Joes and Ralph's. But overall, the house was great – really cozy and functional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay!

Cute getaway

Over all we loved the home. It was very clean and the beds were cozy. The outdoor area was very relaxing and well kept. We had a lot of trouble went wrong the property but we were able to get in after talking with Vacasa and eventually the owner herself. It would be nice to have things such as salt and pepper or oil in the house as that made it more expensive and wasteful for us to cook. Also a neighbor or someone parked on the street crashed into our car and broke our bike rack making it hard to get our two bikes home. So just be careful of your car being parked outside. It’s impossible to park in the “driveway” unless you have a motorcycle or smart car. Overall we were very happy with our stay

Disappointed in the area and the cleanliness of the property. Not properly represented

The unit itself was nice. But not clean, no paper towels, not enough toilet paper for four nights stay. No coffee pot as shown, Just a coffee press. Only one dish towel. Homeless people, and trash just around the corner. Lots of noise from the street and the car wash across the street and from people right over the fence or walking by The outdoor area was nice, but the deck was warped, and it was a trip hazard, I had to take the cushions off the chairs and the cobwebs and the dust out. Sofa bed did not have sheets, just one blanket . We had fun despite all this.
