Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.This 1b/1ba apartment that can sleep up to 3 people,is the best value in Tampa Bay. TV and WIFI is included on your stay.
This apartment is located in the hearth of Tampa Bay!! You can get pretty much every where in 5-10min driving. The beach and a trail is 5 min away, Bush Gardens and Adventure Island is near by, Airport is 5 min away and the beautiful downtown and riverwalk. You will enjoy the best of Tampa.
You can call me or text me if you have any question about anything. I prefer texting if is not urgent.
The neighborhood is very quiet and we have amazing nervous please respect the noise curfew hours. And also be mindful of the other guest staying on the apartment located in the same property.
New construction
Once a month we have pets control servicing the place. They might need to enter the place during your stay. We ask to please keep this in mind when booking the place.
Only one car allowed
