Nestled atop a picturesque mountain in Lake Lure, NC, our unique home offers a rustic retreat filled with custom-made furniture and antique pieces that tell a story. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. With two charming porches, you can unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views and watching the local wildlife, including deer that often roam nearby. Mirror Lake is a private lake in the Riverbend Gated Community and is not connected to Lake Lure lake, which is restricted for 2025. Mirror Lake is available for use by guests staying in the Riverbend Gated Community.

Adventure awaits just outside your door! Enjoy access to a beautiful lake, sandy beach, and scenic nature trails. For those who love water activities, we provide two kayaks, a paddleboard, and tubes for your enjoyment on the lake. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and ample sleeping arrangements with a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and bunk bed.

Things to Know
**Nearby Lake Lure is scheduled to reopen for full operations on May 1st, 2026 with the return of boating, swimming and fishing. Be sure to reserve your spot before dates are taken. We look forward to your visit and your continued support to the local community.** No fires are allowed in the community. No gas motor boats are allowed on Mirror Lake. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
