Entièrement rénové, concept ouvert, confortable, nouveau tout, planchers de bois de cerisier du Michigan, plafonds cathédrale, 3 grandes chambres, belle propriété au bord du lac, plage privée, WIFI, terrasse, grill, kayaks, quai flottant, quai de bateau, tubes, jeux de jardin ( Bocci, sacs), ballons de sport (football, football).

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec four double paroi, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, etc ....

Un endroit merveilleux pour créer des souvenirs de vacances d'été en famille. 100 'de façade privée sur le magnifique lac Clear près du lac Twin. Le chalet mesure 1 500 pieds carrés - idéal pour 2 grandes familles ou 3 petites familles.

Clear Lake est à peu près 100 acres, pas un grand lac en aucune façon. Seule la moitié du lac est aménagée, il y a donc très peu de trafic maritime. Le lac est un lac tous sports. Idéal pour la natation, les tubes, le ski, la pêche, etc. Michigans Adventure, Cedar Creek Golf, Cedar Creek Trails tous dans les 5-15 minutes.

Amazing getaway - so much to do!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin. Lots of fun things for kids and adults to do and a great location. Cabin was clean and very well stocked. You will not be disappointed!!

Family time

This was our 3rd time staying at Cory's house. My kids loved fishing off the dock, kayaking and playing on the floating raft. We've created some wonderful memories here and will be back.

Fantastic Lakehouse

This was our 2nd time staying that this lake house, and we loved it! The house has everything you need. My kids (4 & 6) loved the bunk room. We swam, fished, played in the sand, kayaked, and made excursions to Grand Haven and Fremont. For a fun and relaxing stay, book this house!

Great for family fall break

This was our second time staying at this lakehouse and both times were great. The house has plenty of linens, kitchen is well stocked, and there are lots of board games in the game cabinet if it’s rainy outside. Cory is quick to respond if we had questions. We plan to come back again sometime, probably in a warmer season.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at Cory's lake house. The rental had everything a family could possibly need. The highlight of our stay was the private beach with all of the included amenities. The beach was absolutely perfect for hanging out, relaxing, going kayaking, swimming, and having bonfires. There are many beautiful beaches in Western Michigan, but we didn't feel the need to go anywhere because we enjoyed the lake house so much. Our family highly recommends this rental for any family looking for the perfect serene vacation!

Great place to make memories!

The property is everything you need for a great family time away! We try to explore different parts of Michigan each year, but our stay last year was so good we opted to repeat this year and were not disappointed! The beach and swim area are great for kids of all ages. The water just off the beach stays sandy and shallow for a little ways for the little ones and the older ones enjoyed the floating pad out in the deeper water. Use the provided kayaks or bring your own and explore the undeveloped side of the lake where the big bass are! The house is clean and modern and hosts are very responsive.

Perfect Little Paradise

This cabin was the perfect little paradise for my young family. I thought the cabin was nice and spacious (but not too nice that I was worried my kids would destroy it). The bedrooms were spacious, with high ceilings. Though only one bathroom, it too was large. They had so much to entertain the kids; fishing, kayaking, the swing was a hit, and hours and hours on the floating raft. My 10 year old said it was the best vacation we've been on, and we've been on a lot of vacations. They played in the water everyday! Even on the rainy days. It was very accommodating. I wanted to go to a place where we could be and not have to go and do. They had everything we needed!

Lake Cottage

Overall nice. Hard to find as house number is concealed. Had an issue with moth caterpillars on everything. Had beach toys/activities to play with/ on. I do recommend that the owner clean up the beach front property as stepping on so many sticks/tree debris does hurt your feet. Spent many hours myself cleaning it up so the kids could play in the sand. There is a community lake entrance next to the house that we met a nice family at. Great communication with owner.

Just beautiful

We stayed here for a last minute get away. The house was beautiful and clean. The beach and lake area were amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the area next to the cottage where public can launch their boats -due to a man sitting in his chair and swimming right in that area it was a bit awkward but honestly he didn’t stay long but I could see that being an issue for some who like privacy like myself. My sons caught a ton of fish -large bass and blue gill. The double ovens were nice but the top oven made the smoke alarm go off our first night. I heated the oven up but when I opened the door to put my cookies in the smoke alarm went off which I made the owners aware because it made me nervous to use the ovens. I would definitely rent this place again for to the lake, fishing, beach nights, swinging, and watching the sunsets. You really don’t have to leave the cottage! Thank you for letting our family stay at your place we honestly loved it and enjoyed ourselves.

Clear Lake Cottage

Fall Break on the Beach

Our family of 5 had a great time at this spacious little cottage! The kids loved the beach, we loved sitting by the fire outside in the cool evening, and there are plenty of games and movies inside if it's raining outside - which it did for us. Despite some rain, we still had an awesome mini-vaca as a family and hope to stay here again some time. Cory is quick to respond if you have questions. Very clean house - I would bring my family here again, for sure.

Better than the Pictures!

The property and house are even better than pictured. The house definitely felt bigger than expected. We had everything we could possibly need for us and our 2 1/2 year old. I would've packed half of what I brought. Toiletries, sand toys, beach towels, and coloring books, legos, - you name it. The only thing I would suggest packing is a hair dryer (if you need it), food and clothes. Everything else was provided. We had a wonderful time and watched the sunset on our last night. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic vacation!!

We had such a great vacation!! The house has really everything that you could possibly need, for all ages!! The proximity of the lake is unbeatable. The lake starts off very shallow and gradually which is perfect for the kids. The floating pad was a hit!! We had rain and power/water outage due to severe storms but we weren't bored for one second!! There are games for all ages, even Legos for the kiddos!! Even fishing rods!! We were so pleasantly surprised.. can't wait to go again!!!

Loved our vacation!

We had the best time at this property! We typically travel to Florida but wanted to do something different/ closer to Illinois & so glad we did! We were able to rent a boat and go tubing, spent a day at Michigan’s Adventure. Went one night to the beaches on Lake Michigan and spent the rest of the trip just hanging out on our own private beach! S’mores, fireworks, fishing, playing board games... the best family trip! Cory was great to work with and the house had everything you could possibly need. Book the trip!!!! :)

Relaxed lake home

This home and setting were perfect for us! Kids ranging 5-15, 7 of us total. Communication with Cory was amazing! There are so many nice touches, dress up and magic stuff for kids, rope swing on the tree, sand beach and more. It’s very clean but not “fancy” so we didn’t worry about the kids hurting something. The lake is beautiful though we didn’t go out since it was October and cold. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful getaway

This cottage is very well equipped with AMAZING views. We had all of the comforts of home plus lots of extra fun stuff for the family! Board games, musical instruments, toys for the kids, TONS of seating, all made for a wonderful (and much needed) getaway! COVID really changed our plans for a vacation this year but we were able to enjoy a relaxing weekend for my husbands 35th birthday. The host, Cory, was very responsive and so kind to check in after our first night. Loved this place and would definitely stay again!
