Thank you for your review. I do want to clarify several points for future guests. The bed sizes shown in our listing are accurate. The top-bunk weight restriction is also clearly stated in the Rules and Regulations that guests receive and sign. In addition, before your arrival, when you contacted me about this restriction, I specifically told you that I would make an exception for your stay. You replied, “Thanks!” Therefore, this restriction did not prevent your group from using the accommodations as planned. Regarding the A/C, the home was approximately 72–73 , when you arrived, normal temperature. When you told me you wanted it cooler, instructed to turn down to 64 and it would get cooler and then turn up I also immediately offered to personally come to the property at 9:00am the following morning to check the system. The next morning, you told me it had cooled down overnight and thanked me for being willing to come, so there was no need for a service visit. I remained available and responsive throughout your stay and addressed your concerns immediately. After checkout, you also told me, “We had a great time!” I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the cleanliness, location and responsiveness. However, I felt it was important to clarify these points because the bed information and restriction were disclosed, the restriction was specifically waived for your stay, and the A/C concern was addressed immediately.
