We offer a private bedroom off the shared living space, making it ideal for a couple with children. It also offers a large split level deck, with a private hot tub and fire pit just below the main level and a cozy nook with outdoor lounge chairs on the third level. This dome is a fantastic choice for those seeking to spend extended time outdoors!
SPACE
Each of our domes offer luxurious accommodations, AC & heaters, private bathrooms and are built on an individual private decks. Inside you'll find a well appointed kitchenette with a coffee makers, a toaster, a hot plate, microwave, and mini or mid-size fridges, along with most of the related cooking tools. No ovens. A small dining table for 2 and additional seating space to lounge out. Outside you will find BBQ grills, fire pits, a relaxing hot tub and comfortable seating to take in the views. We also provide yoga mats, assorted board games, 2 robes, toiletries, a hair dryer, coffee, tea and sugar.
ACCESS
Dome 3 is the last dome located on you right side as you access the property. Dome 2 is the first dome you will encounter and has a semicircular gravel driveway, accessible by "most" vehicles. It is the easiest dome to access at Savage Gulf, with a gentle walk to the deck and no stairs.
Domes 1 & 3 are approximately 75 yards past the yellow shipping container.
Dome 1 requires the most effort to access but offers it's own rewards (see description). Park at the sign, off the gravel road. You will then descend a fairly steep gravel walkway with approximately 27 timber stairs. This is followed by approximately 70 wooden steps to the dome's deck.
Dome 3 is the last dome. Park at the sign, off the gravel road. You will then descend a short gentle downward slope to approximately 25 wooden steps that switchback to the dome's deck.

Take Gap Road for approximately 2.9 miles. When the paved road transitions to gravel, follow the fork to the right. You will immediately find a sign for Dome 2 on your right. Domes 1 & 3 are also marked by signs and are found approximately 75 yards past the yellow shipping container (also on the right side). DO NOT take the path to the left, it is a private road. Note that domes numbers are not in numerical order. They are sequentially 2, 1 & 3.

âą Rental Agreementâ Please note you will need to sign our rental agreement to complete your booking. A link will be provided by email immediately following your booking request. Please consult your rental agreement for details regarding the policies below and any related fees or penalties. Failure to abide by your rental agreement may result in additional fines, forfeitures and/or eviction from the property.
We realize that accidents happen, so please contact Guest Services immediately if a situation arises and damage occurs.
âą Deposits- Please note that guests under 21 or guests residing in the Greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation.
âą Cancellation Policy- Please consult your rental agreement.
âą Pet Policyâ We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations at certain locations for a nominal fee. Restrictions include:
- 2 pets, less than 50 lbs. each. No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property.
- Your dog must be approved and added to your reservation at least 48 hours before your check-in date.
- Pets must be crated overnight and when left unattended. They are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors and all waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
âą No Smoking / Vaping in Vacation Rentalâ Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors or on adjacent decks/patios.
âą No Parties or Eventsâ Accommodations and grounds may not be used for weddings, parties, conferences, business dinners, or similar events unless specifically permitted by the management. Only Guests associated with the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time.
âą Media/Event Use Restrictionâ Accommodations may not be used or reproduced for, or as part of, any online listing, photographic production, television production, movie/film production, wedding event, party, or in any other way in which our property becomes a setting for amateur or professional use of producing, staging, or otherwise, without the management's express written consent.
âą Good Neighbor Policyâ Our resorts are designed for all guests to peacefully enjoy their stay. We do not tolerate partying, loud noise, excessive occupancy limits, illegal parking, etc. that violate policy or interfere with our neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their community. All public areas close at 10p.m. and do not open again until 7a.m.
âą Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub Policyâ Pools, spas, and hot tubs are used at your own risk. Children and anyone requiring supervision must be supervised by a responsible and able-bodied adult at all times.
âą Fires, Fireplaces, Fire Pits, and Grillsâ Combustibles are to be used at your own risk. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all fires are contained and completely extinguished after use.
âą Firearms & Weapons- The safety and security of our guests is our top priority. We strictly prohibit the use of firearms or any other projectile weapons on any of our properties.
âą Pestsâ Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay. By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
âą Refunds- The management is not liable for any interruptions to a guestâs stay that is caused by, but not limited to, weather, strike, riot, orders of public authorities, acts of other guests, any other acts of God, Force Majeure, pandemic, accident, or any other cause, except as outlined above.
