Welcome to Palmview Villa!
Minimum age to is 40 at our resort. Consider this Brand New villa your home away from home while you visit Fort Myers Beach.
Literally steps from the pool, this fantastic property features a large bedroom with a king bed, The spacious bedroom also provides a sitting chair, ample closet space and a 50 inch wall mounted TV with YouTube TV provided for live programming. USB ports are also provided on each nightstand for your charging needs.

Palmview Villa has a spacious living room that features a queen pull out sleeper sofa.
We know our guests love recliners so we also have two la-Z-Boy recliners in the living room.
The living room boasts a 65 inch Smart TV with YouTube TV provided for all live channels.
The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs.
We provide all dishes, pots and pans, storage containers, mixing bowls, Tupperware and even tinfoil and ziplock bags. The dining table seats four comfortably.

The full bathroom is very spacious and features a glass slider doors on the tub/shower.

The Lani, which overlooks a pond with ample wildlife is also very spacious and features 4 deep seating chairs with cushions, two side tables and a quaint bistro set for eating breakfast or sipping your morning coffee.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the Villa.
Like the unit itself, all furnishings, decor, dishes, linens, towels are all new as of Sept 2025.

Sun resorts and residences is the old Indian creek Resort. It is a 55 plus community directly behind Smugglers Cove mini golf and 2 blocks from Walmart.
Sun Resorts and Residences offers daily activities including pickleball, shuffle ball, bocce ball, happy hours at the pool, cornhole tournaments, potlucks at the activity center, live bands for special events, bingo and much much more. Currently there are three swimming pools completely redone that are open and ready for you to dip your toes in.

Palmview Villas location can't be beat within the resort. We are literally 45 steps from the activity center and swimming pool. A 20 second walk and you are at the pool!
Also a 20 second walk away is a very comfortable gazebo with cushioned couches and a fire table for those chily February evenings. A marvelous place to enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine.

Palmview Villa is decorated with a beachy coastal feel and is ready for you to come play, relax and rejuvenate.

There are ample restaurants and shopping destinations within a half mile of the resort.

What else does Palmview Villa provide to our guests for use while staying?
