Pet Policy

We love welcoming furry friends! A one-time $100 pet fee applies for guests bringing dogs.

Please note the following:

All dogs must be pre-approved, at least 1 year old, vaccinated, and up to date on flea protection.

Breed restrictions apply.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per stay.

Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home.

Please keep pets off all furniture and beds to prevent excessive hair and damage.

Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or other substances, is strictly prohibited inside and anywhere on the property premises. If evidence of smoking is detected during or after your stay—such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts, or vape residue—a fine of $1000 will be charged to your account. This fee is in addition to any cleaning or repair costs necessary to restore the property to its original condition.
