Welcome to âWhen Pigs Flyâ located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove, south of 30A and only .2 miles from the beach.
Look no further for the perfect family vacation home loaded with amenities and a HUGE BACKYARD OASIS. This 3-story, fully renovated home features a private heated pool, outdoor living and dining spaces, open concept floor plan, quartz counters throughout, spacious porches, and only 2 blocks from the beach and Eastern Lake.
This fully renovated beach home is the most perfect place to relax and unwind! Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside (2 miles to the west on 30A), this charming coastal vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!
The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!
AMENITIES:
- Private (HEATED) pool (*Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee of $55 per day.)
- Multiple outdoor living and dining spaces

With new, comfortable furnishings throughout, the clean and crisp design of this house sweeps you away when you first walk in and is in every detail throughout. Boasting loads of natural light, white quartz countertops throughout the kitchen and all bathrooms, an open concept floor plan, kitchen bar with additional seating, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, gas range, and a charming yet comfortable ambiance - no detail has been forgotten! Two king bedrooms and multiple exterior lounging spaces makes plenty of room for multiple families vacationing together!
It is a short, easy walk/bike ride to the wonderful beach or lake access!
Specifically, the first floor has a bunk room with kitchenette and laundry center, TV, and a queen size bedroom with a full bathroom. On the second floor, youâll find an open living space where the kitchen, living room, and dining room flow together and include large doors for enjoying evenings or mornings on the covered porch for dinner together or just to relax after a beach day. The second floor also has a queen bedroom and full bathroom. As you continue to the third floor, there are two master king suites with private ensuite bathrooms and private balconies where you can sip morning coffee and enjoy the breeze of the ocean.
I want this to be your best rental experience, so I am personally available during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. This home truly has everything you need to make unforgettable memories on your next vacation to 30A!
*Pool heating must be for the duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $55/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.

There is parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway.
Other things to note
- Pet Friendly ($250 nonrefundable pet fee upon approval.) A 50-pound weight limit applies, though exceptions may be considered. Only non-aggressive and hypo-allergenic dogs will be considered.
- Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
- Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
- All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- Pool heating must be for the duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $45/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
- Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
