The issues you described, particularly the air conditioning failure during the Florida summer, cleanliness concerns, and the various maintenance and safety items, are understandably frustrating and not the standard we expect for our guests. While we’re glad our team was able to move you to another property, we understand that this did not make up for the time and inconvenience you lost during your trip.
