Entry Level

Open concept with a fully stocked kitchen (includes basic spices and oil), dining room with large table, and living room with Smart TV. Laundry room and half bath for convenience. King bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bath with shower only. Large balcony off the kitchen/dining/living area features a big table for gathering and enjoying evening meals with lake views.

Lower Level

Perfect for kids or extra guests with 4 twin bunk beds, Smart TV, shuffleboard game, and kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and toaster oven. Walk out to a covered patio overlooking the lake with access to the pellet grill and firepit for evening fun.

Upper Level

Three king bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with Smart TV, spa bath with soaking tub and double showers, and a private balcony with panoramic lake views. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub and shower, and one includes its own private balcony.

Garage Apartment-

Sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, queen loft, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Note: the apartment requires a flight of stairs to access, and the queen loft has steep stairs. Smaller children and elderly guests should use with caution.

🛺 Optional Golf Cart Rental
A 4-person golf cart and a 6-person golf cart are available to rent during your stay. Golf cart rentals are offered as an optional service, separate from your lodging reservation, and are not included in the rental rate.

To rent a golf cart, simply scan the QR code located at the property and follow the prompts in the rental app to complete your reservation, sign the rental agreement, and submit payment.

All golf cart rental transactions, agreements, operational policies, eligibility requirements, and support requests are handled through the rental app. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand, maintenance schedules, and other operational considerations.

Please note that golf cart rentals are a separate service from your vacation rental accommodation.
**A $175 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

🚫 Parking Rules-- Parking on the grass or along the street is strictly prohibited. Please use only designated parking areas for your vehicles. If you need additional parking, scan the QR code located on the refrigerator to obtain a free parking permit for approved community parking areas.

1- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5-No street parking. If parking in Carlton Landing community lot, please use the QR code of the refrigerator for the permit.
6-Do not add charcoal to pellet grill. The pellets are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. Contact host if assistance is needed to operate the grill.
