Make your dream vacation a reality at this Florida oceanfront condo! Crescent Beach Park and Butler Beach are both a short walk away, so it won't take much to sink your feet into the sand. The parks to the north also offer a refreshing way to spend your time outside while appreciating the ocean scenery. Bring your clubs and hit the links at Marsh Creek Country Club or Lais Fishing Charter to create your own fishing adventure. To the south, you'll find Fort Matanzas and Southeast Intracoastal Waterway Park for memorable views and premium photo opportunities.

Back at your coastal condo, relax together in the spacious living room, and watch your favorite shows on TV. If you still have the energy to burn, take a dip in the shared pool before using the full kitchen to make a meal or snack. On the other hand, you can take advantage of the grilling area to prepare your food and bask in the warm Florida air. We enjoyed our stay at Butler Beach. The location was convenient to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. The furniture was comfortable and the place was absolutely spotless.

great beach get away

It was a small cozy apartment. it was clean and cool after a hot day at the beach. There were essential kitchen supplies, and all appliances were functional. The beds were comfortable. the beach was a short walk, and it was a private and quiet beach. The only complaint I have is I would have liked for there to have been a television in the master bedroom.

Awful experience property was falsely advertised and pool was closed moved to another location with broken ac.over 80 degrees inside for entire stay

Lovely!

Condo is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Pictures on listing are very accurate. We drove to a beach which was two minutes away as parking was always available. Unit is on the second floor so make sure you can climb a short flight of steps. Dori, the owner, answered all questions quickly and was very helpful. Great place, great stay, great experience!

Owner was terrific with communications. The condo was as advertised. Super location near beach and downtown St. Augustine. Lots of parks and hiking trails nearby. Short walk (1 minute) to pool and beach. Well equipped. Friendly people in the condo complex. Only little drawback was no television in the bedroom......my wife and I share little tv compatability.

Great location but older units

Stayed to be near friends and take daughter to camp. Great location. Older units. Had issues with AC and didnt have great reaponse from property manager. Managemed to thaw out the unit so we didn't have to sleep in 85° again.

Enjoyed every minute!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the condo was very clean and much more spacious than I expected it to be. Check in and out was super easy, host Dori quickly responded to all questions. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, which is just a short walk from the condo, or at the beach, watching the sunrise, playing in the waves, or basking in the sun on the sand. Neither the pool or the beach were very crowded, the people we did encounter were all very friendly. The condo had chairs, some toys, and towels to make your beach days that much more enjoyable. The large dining table allowed for great family game nights. Grabbing a coffee from the Kookaburra just down the street is a must do, making those picture perfect sunrises even more amazing. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is your spot!

I have to say this was a wonderful trip. The home itself: very clean, very spacious, kitchen has all the necessary requirements. All the beds are very comfortable, which was a very nice surprise even the pull out couch was very comfortable. Steps away from the pool, and the beautiful amaInf private beach. We had such a great time here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. More of a laid back relaxing location- no loud noises or partying which we did not mind one bit, very peaceful location. The Host: I cannot say enough about Dori, she was always available for any questions or concerns. She gave great insight about the location and things to do. Very accommodating. Location: Short ride from downtown St Augustine that is filled with tons of great restaurants and bars and tons of things to do. Very convenient location to all areas. We cannot wait to go back again!

Couldn't Be More Pleased

We're locals who needed a weekend getaway. Dori's condo was just the thing! Lovely decor, a well equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed made this a true home away from home. Some things to note are that this unit is on the second floor, so be prepared for a flight of stairs. The walk to the nearly deserted beach also involves some stairs and a long boardwalk, but the reward is perfect sand and few people. We found the community very quiet and peaceful, which made for especially restful nights. Viola's, nearby has outstanding Italian food and a fun atmosphere. Nearby supermarkets made it easy to stock the fridge. Dori is a great communicator and lovely to work with. Instructions for check in and check out are clear and easy to follow. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again!

Worst Vacation Ever

The apartment is advertised as ocean front but is not. So, no view, no pool, no air in bedrooms, very few cooking pots and what there was are scratched and not fit to cook in. Vacasa has promised to refund $350 for the pool. I discovered that they knew well in advance about the pool but chose to keep it to themselves and only offered a refund after the second call. I have never paid so much to be miserable before.

We recently stayed at your property from August 18th to August 31st and were very disappointed with the experience. We have four children, and unfortunately, several issues with the unit significantly impacted our vacation.Upon arrival, we found the dishwasher filter was filthy and the vacuum was clogged and full. The bunk beds and microwave were broken, and for the last five days of our stay, the refrigerator stopped working. We lost approximately 300 in groceries and, while a refund for the food was offered, we have yet to receive it.Despite the property being listed as "beachfront," and we could not see the ocean, which made it feel like a simple beach access unit. Additionally, the pool hours were inconvenient. It closed at dusk, which we did not realize until we arrived. Should be open until midnight or at minimum 11pm. We have stayed at ten different places along the A1A from St. Augustine to Ormond, and have never encountered such early pool hours.The biggest issue, however, was the all-in-one washer/dryer combo. It lacked a vent, which caused it to ruin our clothes and fail to dry them, with each load taking up to five hours. We had to take our laundry to a relative's house in Flagler to wash our clothes. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay, and we have had much better experiences at other properties.

Don’t Hesitate Book This Property!!

This place was awesome! My family and I booked this property to stay for a recent wedding we attended. From start to finish Dan and Dory were so accommodating. They answered our calls and assisted us with any questions we had. The place was pristine! All the restrooms had toiletries available if you had forgotten yours. The kitchen was had everything you could possibly need to cook. The dual washer and dryer really came in handy when we needed to wash clothes from the beach. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk from the property connected by a walkway. At the end of the walkway there is a shower and a hose to rinse off the sand. The pool was so nice and had plenty of room to set down your things. Nearby neighbors were very friendly. We were very close to convenience stores and grocery. In the room they had a list of activities and attractions nearby and even listed a free shuttle that could pick you up from the property although we didn’t end up using it because we drove. Downtown Saint Augustine was only around 15 minutes. The shops were nice… if you are planning to go downtown though I recommend bringing at least $15-20 for parking. Also if you happen to go downtown I highly recommend Pizza Time, their pizza was superb! All in all it was a wonderful trip! Thank you so much Dan and Dory for making our trip so memorable and making us feel right at home! Honestly a 5 star experience❤️
