We recently stayed at your property from August 18th to August 31st and were very disappointed with the experience. We have four children, and unfortunately, several issues with the unit significantly impacted our vacation.Upon arrival, we found the dishwasher filter was filthy and the vacuum was clogged and full. The bunk beds and microwave were broken, and for the last five days of our stay, the refrigerator stopped working. We lost approximately 300 in groceries and, while a refund for the food was offered, we have yet to receive it.Despite the property being listed as "beachfront," and we could not see the ocean, which made it feel like a simple beach access unit. Additionally, the pool hours were inconvenient. It closed at dusk, which we did not realize until we arrived. Should be open until midnight or at minimum 11pm. We have stayed at ten different places along the A1A from St. Augustine to Ormond, and have never encountered such early pool hours.The biggest issue, however, was the all-in-one washer/dryer combo. It lacked a vent, which caused it to ruin our clothes and fail to dry them, with each load taking up to five hours. We had to take our laundry to a relative's house in Flagler to wash our clothes. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay, and we have had much better experiences at other properties.
