With an eat-in kitchen equipped with all of the essentials, comfortable beachy furnishings, and a furnished balcony overlooking the ocean, this condo is tailor-made for the perfect beach getaway! With a private boardwalk right to the beach, spending the day on the beach is easy breezy!

Even though the beach is right outback, there are plenty of things to do in this prime location! A short three miles will take you into the heart of downtown St. Augustine where you can explore Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth or take in the local breweries. Pop into Puccini's Pizzeria located right down the street offering pizza, pasta, and sandwiches in a tropical setting. Just half a mile from the house you will find the grocery store and family-friendly dining options.

We had an amazing time on our vacation, the place was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Check in was so easy. The only problem we had was the AC was messing up on our last ngiht being there and with it being Sunday no one could come out until Monday but overall it was amazing and the people were fast to respond to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great getaway

Wonderful, peaceful setting right on beach. Easy walk or short drive to shops and convenience stores. Unit had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

“A Dreamy Beachfront Escape” Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, with direct ocean views and a serene atmosphere that’s hard to find. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and it’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of to ensure guests feel at home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the terrace were truly unforgettable experiences. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature at its finest!

Nice beach place

Location and deck were nice. Accommodations good. Some very minor repair things to do. Furniture okay. Master bed very comfortable. Nothing fancy here for the price but overall we did like it. May try to stay here again.

Good Place, Great Location

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location of the house. It is right on the beach; the views are amazing and the convenience to town is great. With that being said, the house could use some new mattresses. There is a thin piece of plywood between the box springs and the mattress in the master bedroom, because the mattress is so old and sagging. Also, the living room could use some more seating. Even with our family of four, not everyone could stretch out comfortably to watch TV at the end of the day. Overall, we had a great time. The convenience of the house to the beach and town is the best part. Would definitely stay again if mattresses were replaced!

Beach Time

Nice place and great location near shopping and restaurants. Loved the deck and the ocean views. Awesome to be just steps from the beach! Grill did not work when we arrived so the manager had a new one delivered for us which was awesome service!

Great vacation!

Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Able to walk straight out the back door to the beach and was able to just sit on the patio and relax enjoying listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins a couple of times. The only downfall is the smell of the water but that is just a part of the area.

Great vacation rental.

Great location, easy access, clean, roomy and well stocked with essentials. Deck is worn and in need of work. The only issue we had was when the AC went out and VACASA, the management Company was useless. I finally reached out to owners for assistance and Laurie responded quickly. Hope to be able to stay here again!

This is not billion-dollar home. Outdated in all rooms. It was very clean and beach front.

Outdated but the price was perfect. Beach front, great views and very clean. This fit perfectly for my needs.

Hidden gem.

Great experience. Easy rental process, including check-in and check out process. Perfect location away from all the chaos but so close you can join in at any moment when you feel like having some fun! My only negative would be more an “investment recommendation “ and that is to rip up the carpet and replace with plank flooring. This would definitely add to the property value and make renters feel more comfortable staying, especially knowing this is a pet friendly beach.

Ocean front meant ocean front!

Literally less than 1/2 football field til toes in water! Woke up to ocean sunrise every morning. Close to good eats, sites and golf!

Beautiful Beach House

We stayed in Unit A which is the upstairs of this property. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we could hear the waves from the living room and bedroom. The beach is accessed by a little boardwalk and is beautiful. The living space is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped ( even has a blender),bathrooms are dated but clean. The toaster broke and we had a replacement within a few hours! The location is great , convenient to many restaurants and just a short drive into St. Augustine . We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place will stay there again. You will need to buy ice for your stay ice maker is turned off and no ice trays. No for sure but probably due to the taste of the water. You will also want to buy some water for your stay. Other than those two items you sure have a great time.

Great Break!

The location and view were spectacular! We have stayed several other places in the area and this one did not disappoint. It was a perfect combination of home-away-from-home and relaxing get away! The property manager did a great job in meeting our R&R needs. I look forward to my next stay at Vilano Beach!

Mold issue, very low water pressure

The location of this property is perfect. The beach access is exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean. Nice fluffy towels. Overall great vacation spot. However. The air i take vent was disgusting hadn't been dusted in a long time. Every single air vent has black mold in and around it. One air vent was actually dislodged and half hanging out. There was simple damage all over the home like peeling paint/drywall damage on walls, corroded fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen (black mold does this), poorly patched holes in the ceiling. Mildew in the shower calking. Most of it is very simple to fix if someone paid attention. The mold was pretty concerning. I coughed every night in bed (we weren't really home during the day that much. The other issue was the water pressure. It was difficult to shower because it was so low. And the water smelled like untreated all water (like poop). The ice maker in the freezer didn't work.

The location is Awesome

The place needs up dating. House could have been cleaner. Washer very loud and the Sulfur water is a deal killer for me. It’s a easy fix with a water filtration system. Over all love the location.
