Faites de notre lieu vos vacances à la plage! Directement sur la plage côté océan; marcher 2 minutes à Puccini, Vilano Grill ou le grand bar et la nourriture aux plages de Vilano. À quelques minutes en voiture ou à 15 minutes en vélo du centre-ville de St. Augustin pour toutes les activités sur place. 4 balcons, douche extérieure, 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain et 2 lits pour tout-petits également rangés sur place et prêts à l'emploi à tout moment. Piscine extérieure juste à côté du patio arrière aussi!

Great location

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The inside was clean enough, but everyone of the balconys/outdoor space had some kind of trash on them. Something not listed but they mentioned with the check in instructions was that the 3rd bedroom is through the garage. It was fine for us but would have been nice to know prior to booking. The location is perfect, the pool was nice. The only other downside to the property is there is no where to wash sand off from the beach unless you go all the way to back of the unit and use the outdoor shower.

Only two things that weren’t entirely accurate, but not a deterrent for us. it slept 6 instead of 8 comfortably (did have an air mattress for the ‘8’ so the kids didn’t care) and it was not ocean view. Would stay again. It was an easy short walk to the beach. Great location, clean, spacious, owners easy to get in touch with if needed. Plenty of towels, toiletries if needed, sand toys, chairs, cleaning supplies. Publix and restaurant right across the street was very convenient.

Our family of 6 had an amazing week. We had anticipated an oceanfront view - as the description of the property said. When we arrived, we were disappointed that we were the farthest unit from the beach. However, it was still so close to the beach that it didn't bother us walking a little. The unit was super clean when we arrived and even had some supplies already there to get us started for the week. We really appreciated the sand toys, chairs, wagon, and other beach items available for us to use that we didnt have to purchase or bring with us from home. The beach area was perfect, plenty of space to spread out and not crowded. The location was great - next to Publix, and just a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown St Augustine and other places. We would definitely stay here again if available.

Excellent location

Everything about this location either met or exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and well laid out. There are plenty of amenities to get you through your stay. Location is absolutely excellent. Is a short walk in one direction to the beach and a short walk in the opposite direction to either stores or restaurants.

Quick trip to see the lights. Great location with a 5-10 min drive to downtown. Would definitely book here again.

Awesome spot at Vilano Beach and close to downtown, and great to have a Publix across the street! Had a few minor issues during our stay that management resolved, great communication!!

Great beachfront place to stay. A Publix is walking distance which is very handy. St Augustine old town is a short drive away.

Beach front fun!

Amazing super location. Host was so easy to communicate with and I felt very safe and comfortable. Enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, dining and Publix! The beach was only a short walk thru the complex. Thankfully they had a wagon to pull all of our beach stuff which was a nice little surprise. Can’t want to go back soon.

Property was well kept with extras for the beach -even had a wagon to pull it all down to the beach. Owner was super responsive via text. I would stay there again for sure.

our stay here was amazing! it’s in a great area, walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants and bars. also less than 10 minute drive to downtown st augustine. the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

I'm not sure how they keep the place so clean with the proximity to the beach--very impressive. Owners are great communicators and attentive to details. Thank you for your hospitality--we would love to come again.

Wedding day

We had 3 families that met at the house for our daughter’s wedding. It was an amazing experience. We used the area at the beach entrance to place an arch and have a wedding. Things couldn’t have been more perfect. The house and accommodation couldn’t have been better. We would live to stay here again

Great townhome

The townhome was nice clean, and good location. New appliances and furniture. Beds where comfortable, and not wore out. Close to historic down town. Beach access was close, and beach was clean with low crowds as well. Several good places to eat. Had a good time, a lot to do and see in St. Augustine with family.

Enjoyed my stay. Condo is really nice. Only thing I was disappointed about was that it was not beachfront. Other than that, everything was great! I had a few friends that came up for one afternoon and they loved it, too. Great location.

Great location, great hosts

Greg and Sandy have a lovely condo in a great location. You can't beat such close beach and pool access, all within minutes of downtown St. Augustine. The property was very clean and as advertised. Greg and Sandy were responsive and attentive. We will absolutely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Greg and Sandy!
