The balcony view was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was clean, close to the beach and restaurants.

Positives: location, sunrise, cleanilinessNegatives: While the renovations are a positive, it has not been finished. Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed.

This unit is cute, and clean. It does have a beach view from the porch, and is perfect. The bed is comfy. My sister and I were impressed by the additional small appliances being higher end pieces. There's a nice Ninja air fryer, and we were surprised to find a Brita water filter.

Birthday getaway

Stay went well, nice clean cozy place. Chose Jacksonville because my wife is from the Philippines and went to visit the Jollibee, also it was her birthday 12 and my birthday 13 December. Will visit again if possible.

Location, location, location!!!

The location of this condo is great! Steps to the beach, safe and close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping! The condo has all the necessities including beach chairs and beach towels! We found a first aid kit that was useful too, many thanks for a great stay!

I was looking for a convenient, reasonably priced place to stay for the week as I was in town for work and didn't want to eat out every night. This is a small place, but it worked for me. It was very clean, I felt safe at all times, was able to cook my own dinners and come back for lunch from where I was working every day. It's also a plus that it's on

Enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully renovated condo in a great location. We loved being close to the park and the steps away from the ocean. The parking was the only negative to this property. The designated parking area is very tight for a SUV and/or truck. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this location.

This property was perfect for a sweet trip to the beach for me and my sis! Just steps from the ocean. Everything was clean and plenty of space for 2! We enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again. The property rents through Vacasa which is a different rental app but it was easy to navigate and wasn’t a problem at all! Beautiful Place!

We were surprised and disappointed to pull up to the condo to discover that major construction was going on to the building - with scaffolding up all over one side of the building, windows on one side covered up with building materials, and work going on all day on weekdays. This should have been disclosed before renting. When I contacted the property management company, all I got was an "oops" response back, saying they didn't know that was going on as the HOA did not inform them. No subsequent communication. The unit itself was well located so close to the beach. The unit is average, bed mattress is harder than most, clean for the most part, as clean as an ocean front place could be. The water pressure in kitchen and bathroom shower was extremely light as well. We've stated at a lot of vacation rentals, and this one was just ok. Yet, it was reasonably priced. Still, if you are going to have major construction going on, you should at least inform the tenants so they have the option to either cancel or live with it.

VERY NICE! Enjoyed every second


I really enjoyed my stay here! The view was nice and access to the beach couldn’t get any better! The parking space is tight and the big eye on the stove didn’t work, HOWEVER the ice maker gave me life being a very picky ice eater. I would definitely love to stay again! They provide you with everything you need and more! The games and the patio was my favorite spot! So relaxing and beautiful! Thank you so much for allowing access to this space!

Nice location and place

We had a nice time at this place. The pool is not heated but I guess still being able to use it end of October was still nice. The only thing that didn’t meet expectation is we had a hard time figuring out the lock box and we tried calling the number they gave us twice but we figured out before we could get anywhere with them. Hint hold the black knob down while pulling out gray section! I would definitely stay again. They had everything you need for cooking and playing at the beach.

Jax beach

The property was as advertised, ocean view while having coffee in bed was serene. The only issue was there were no blankets for the bed and high temps were in the 50s. There were three small throws that we used. We did contact the owner and were told they would send some to the unit but they did not arrive. All in all it was a good stay and perfect for our needs. Good thing my partner is like a living heater and kept me warm.

This location is listed through a 3rd party who forces you to install a different app to communicate with them. They will ignore any communication sent through the vrbo app.

No pool

The property said it had private beach access and it was a small trail that lead over to another beach access which was close so it wasn’t that bad. But there was no pool , the pool guy had to clean it said theor was bacterial microorganisms in the water!! Also wanted to cook out outside at night and they shut down the pool area to where it couldn’t be accessed as well!! But the condo was amazing other than all the construction going on I enjoyed the stay!! I really enjoyed the washer and dryer!!

Poor local support

Condo was as described, efficient, small, small furniture. Location was great. Close to the beach. Upon check in, key was not in lockbox and lockbox was open. We called support and they were of no help finding local housekeeping. We waited almost an hour and a half for someone to deliver key. After gaining access, we discovered a group of homeless smoking crack under our window at the park benches. The next day, the carbon monoxide alarm wouldn't turn off. New batteries were not delivered for over 12 hours. We will not return to this complex nor would recommend anyone rent this unit.
