Combined living/dining area w/ ocean front patio and fully equipped kitchen. King in primary bedroom and in the guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa

The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
• The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
• Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

The condo was just as described. It was clean and offered all the amnesties we were expecting. Easy trip to stores and enjoyed the historic district as well.

Week in Amelia

We were here to play golf with another couple. The property was excellent and used the amenity card to play Golf Club of Amelia Island. This is the best course on the island, condition wise. Great vacation

Beautiful setting

Loved the spectacular views from the patio. This place was very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which was sketchy at best. We had to reset the router almost hourly. The positives of this Condo totally out weighed the WiFi issue though and I would recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

We only had a one day stay due to the weather. The next day was a severe weather alert. The home was extremely comfortable but one of our family members got sick so we left one day early.

This place was amazing. The decor was southern living chic and not tacky beach! The view is amazing and we loved the ground level walk out with grassy lawn. There are two porches nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! The beach was quiet with neighboring set ups 50-100 ft away. Downtown was close with great restaurants! My only complaint is that most of the other units allowed pets so there were dogs everywhere and I wish we could’ve brought ours. The community is very nice and quiet. It was also be so very helpful to have a couple of beach chairs to use. I had called ahead and was told there was no beach umbrella chair rental service so we stopped and bought some. However there was a rental service called Riptide that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. I was very very pleased with this unit!

A grill would've been nice so I could watch them play while cooking. Also enjoyed seeing all the turtles visits us:)The bed is getting a little wavy but still pretty comfy. Very Clean! Cleaning crew gets a pat on the back. We will definitely be back!
