This third-floor, oceanfront condo, wonderfully located in the private gated community of Summer Beach, offers all the comforts of home in a truly spectacular setting. Enjoy easy access to two oceanfront community pools, both with plentiful lounge chairs and boardwalks leading to the ocean.

Whether you're admiring the magnificent ocean views from the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach, or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, this condo provides a small piece of paradise. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi to accommodate remote work or school, U-verse TV service, and a combined living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom offer king beds. There's a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

Excellent location for a beautiful beach and doing all that FB & AI have to offer. Condo was well appointed, stocked & clean. Community was quiet and smaller so very peaceful.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Ocean View

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Amelia Island. This beautiful condo suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The terrace is very large and has a panoramic view of the beach and the ocean. The high top table on the terrace was great as it allows an unobstructed view when sitting at the table to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We had friends stay with us one night and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom was great to have and very private. The rental agency was very helpful and great to work with. We would love to return again in the future.

Ocean Place is our favorite place to stay, it is right on the beach and private. The only issues we had was the elevators were out on the first day we got there for a while. I did call and they were fixed shortly. There was a fire alarm on Wednesday so I left the condo and stood outside until the firemen gave the ok. This also knocked the elevators our for a while. The condo was nice and clean. Outside furniture could use a little upgrading. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very attentive.

The condo layout was comfortable while some amenities need to be updated along with some maintenance. The water pressure is virtually non-existent, the microwave turntable does not work , the dryer does not dry properly and the floors/rugs were not clean at all. Just addressing the floors with a good scrubbing and new rugs would greatly enhance this unit and overall experience. The furnishings were adequate while chairs in dining area were stained. The WIFI signal was very slow requiring use of cell towers instead. We loved the pool, the view and the location on the island.....great potential with some added TLC.

Reviewer Comments: I have rented from Amelia Rentals in the past, this time they significantly raised my rental rate and increased my minimum rental days after I booked the unit and they accepted my rental. I do not think this is honorable. I had no choice but to accept, we were committed. The location of the unit is great, incredible views and the soft goods are fine, however, the unit could use a refresh in the paint department and the rugs, look a little "spent". Additionally, I expect more than a pillow per person in a luxury unit. The front door is filthy and rusting, not what I expect from what looks like a lux rental.
