Beautiful Oceanfront Getaway w/Shared Pool, Central AC, Elevator, & W/D

This fourth-floor suite is the perfect place to experience the majesty of the Atlantic! Your primary bedroom has a king size bed with a separate tub, a walk-in shower, and a large and open closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bath with a tub/shower combo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and updated appliances. The living and dining rooms are open with views of the ocean. This suite has two sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to your balcony, one off the living room and one off the primary bedroom.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

Great Home!

Fantastic week. Beautiful property.

Pictures can’t do justice to this beautiful property. Views are amazing, setting so relaxing. Will look to come back in fall if not booked. Super clean. Wake up to sunrise everyday with sound of waves. Just what we needed from our busy work schedule.

Everything was great. The condo is actually bigger than the pictures show. They even texted me after a few hours to make sure there were not any issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 11 year old granddaughter and I stayed at this condo for the third year. It is extremely comfortable and the large balcony is great. Beautiful views from many windows. However, only "complaint" when my daughter and son in law came in on Saturday, the balcony only has two chairs. Even though it advertises to accomodate 4 people. Sleeping and dining for 4 but not balcony chairs

I have some allergies, and I really appreciated the lack of carpeting, curtains and fabric furniture. My only issue was learning the truck to operating the tv. The cabinet which contains the U-verse box must be open for the remote to work. Instructions should be put in the unit.

Enjoyed It

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was decorated nicely, spacious, and comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the balcony was spacious with seating for four at the table and also lounge chair. There were plenty of towels, extra paper towels, and a small kit with dish and laundry detergent. The pool is easy to access. The beach is a moderate walk with opportunities to spot tortoises, bunnies and birds in the dunes. But be aware that navigating the bridge steps followed by small sandy hills might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Also, beach chair service is not available, we brought our own. The area itself is peaceful, with a short drive to nearby stores, shops, dining, etc. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, I did notice that the toilet area in the master bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which led me to deduct one star (luckily, I travel with cleaning wipes). That said, the rest of the unit was spotless. Also, hand soap was lacking, not even a bar provided, so bring your own. Parking was easy, and there were no issues with the elevators. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and would gladly return for another stay.

Not a Good Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first unpleasant experience was with the condo code lock. The code given to us upon check-in never worked. The management company sent a key to the unit but unfortunately the key didn't work either. This caused us to be locked out of the condo several times. The management company did send the correct key over but left it in the condo while we were on the beach which caused us to be locked out once again. The master bedroom didn't have any window covering over the sliding glass doors. This was brought to the attention of the management company and they told us the unit was rented "as is". So if you want to sleep past 6:00 am you will need to bring a sleeping mask to block out the sunrise. This unit is very dated compared to other units and is in need of an update. All in all I would not rent this unit again.
