Our building features incredible areas for your enjoyment, including a spectacular rooftop pool with comfortable lounge chairs, as well as a spacious coworking space with chairs and tables ideal for working, reading, or simply relaxing while watching TV.
Plus, our location is unbeatable, as we're just steps from shopping centers, bars, and restaurants, and just a 15-minute drive from the beautiful local beaches.
The Space:
The accommodation has two bedrooms and all the necessary amenities for a special and pleasant stay, including:
- Kitchen and dining room.
- Full bathrooms.
- A spacious living room with a unique design.
- One bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a king bed.
- Air conditioning in all areas.
We will be happy to provide you with an unforgettable experience during your visit!
Guest Access:
Additionally, our property offers underground parking to ensure the safety of your vehicle during your stay. We also have an elevator that will take you directly from the parking lot to your room, providing a comfortable and convenient experience.
The Neighborhood:
The area is quite quiet and walking you can find endless restaurants, bars, pharmacies and especially the entrance to the Hotel Zone and very close to Plaza las AmĂ©ricas and Plaza Puerto CancĂșn are quite large if you want to go shopping!
Getting Around:
The area has several places to find public transportation, such as taxis and buses. If you'd like, we can also provide a quote for car rental or transportation to the residence. We'll be happy to assist you during your vacation!
