The property boasts two patio areas and its own entrance. Reef Manor offers an ideal location for holiday guests, perfectly situated just a short stroll from the award-winning sandy beaches, the charming pier and the vibrant seafront at Boscombe Spa. Reef Manor is also a short walk to restaurants and bars, exciting waterside activities and an array of delightful coastal experiences.

THE APARTMENT:
This modern and stylish apartment has two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed and boasts an ensuite shower room with a toilet. This bedroom also benefits from sliding doors that lead onto a patio area. The second bedroom is set as a Twin Bedroom.

The apartment has a modern, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE NESPRESSO MACHINE.

The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower facility and a toilet.

There is one allocated off road parking space available on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed).
