Great location! Co-op mini supermarket opposite Free road parking or ÂŁ5 per day car park Superb pizza restaurant opposite
5 minutes walk to Westbourne village which offers numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants and anything else you might need! There is also an M&S food hall if you're looking for some nice treats!
You can walk into Bournemouth or Westbourne in minutes, alternatively, buses run regularly with a nearby stop. Taxis are easy to get!
Better than expected from the photos. I was expecting just a tv room down stairs but there is also a big shower room & a good sized bedroom. Ground level has one en-suit bedroom & kitchen area dinner area. Good having the bedrooms on different levels for privacy if you are 2 couples. The stylish decor is fresh & uplifting! Perfect place to hang out & unwind. The sofa was too saggy for myself & my partner to sit on as we have bad backs. Guys should take your own shaving mirrors as there is none in the shower rooms. There is a freezer under the stairs which could be easy to miss. Would highly recommend this place!
Lovely bank holiday weekend away. This was our second stay the property and we enjoyed it just as much a the first time. Great location and facilities. Highly recommended!
The apartment is located on the end of a parade of shops. The CO-Op is opposite, which is convenient to get those essential bits. If you canât find street parking there is a car park also opposite where you can park for ÂŁ5 per day.
You enter through a huge grey door straight into the apartment. There is no lobby, you walk straight into the kitchen area. A small square dining table and four chairs are in the corner. You walk up two steps to the bedroom and small en-suite.
If you come back towards the front door there is a staircase which leads you downstairs (basement) to the living room area more like a snug. There is a sliding door to another bedroom and on the opposite side of the snug is a door to the bathroom. We used the shower in this bathroom as much bigger. The Apartment has lots of TVs but no signal for terrestrial channels, there are other channels available such as Netflixâs etc. Lots of LED strip lighting around the TVs and in the downstairs bedroom which our children loved.
Positive - Trendy industrial feel apartment with lots of IKEA bits, within walking distance to the Westcliff area of Bournemouth beach and 20 min walk to central Bournemouth. Perfect for a weekend break.
Negative- A little bit of road noise but given the location it would be hard to avoid. The ground floor bedroom as itâs street level you can hear the conversation of people passing by the window but again itâs not constant and we slept.
Feedback for the owner -The carpet at the top of the stairs needs attention before it becomes a trip hazard.
If staying with children from a security point of view I would have liked the key to the other lock or a bolt internally to secure the door as we felt quite vulnerable with the front door opening direct onto the street, so we made our children sleep downstairs.
As previous reviewers have stated mirrors in the bathrooms are needed.
Overall - A good stay in a well located and comfortable apartment with fabulous weather too.
Our family of four enjoyed a 2 night stay in this lovely, quirky, split-level apartment. The space is compact, but very contemporary and brilliantly thought out. Well equipped kitchen, although we just used deliveroo! Great location, very close to beaches, and a 40 min drive to some of Dorsetâs most stunning coastline (Lulworth Cove, Chapmans Pool etc) Only downside was the road noise (itâs on a very busy main road so take ear plugs if youâre a light sleeper!) Also note, thereâs no hair dryer so you might want to pack your own. Weâre hoping to come back again soon and would definitely recommend!
We went to Bournemouth to visit my brother who lives there - the apartment is in a great location to walk to Westbourne or central Bournemouth. Very modern and clean - road was noisy but that is to be expected given the location and we did find it very warm so bought an electric fan to use.
Really great value and we would definitely stay there again.
Great flat, great location, very clean and new, we love it.
Itâs actually one shower and one en-suit, which was ideal for a family holidays!
Joe the host was so friendly and always willing to help!

A small townhouse nestled on the corner of one of Bournemouth's many suburban streets. Hints of rustic tones embedded in vibrant classy flare. The traditional British foyer extends into a smart kitchenette slab and a laid morning table set in a nook watched through the friendly eyes of an ocean blue fowl. Down velvety steps you slip into a tangle of fluffy pillows and fuzzy throws you can't get out of. Was a lovely place to snuggle in over the weekend. Thank you to all the friendly dogs and people who passed by. Thanks Joe for making this such a pleasurable experience!
