Meraki is a superb development (newly built in 2022) set within a highly sought after location just a short walk from local beaches. This ground floor apartment has been designed with a contemporary exterior and interior and benefits from having the lovely open patio area with sea glimpses to relax and dine alfresco. Nearby is Tuckton village where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, local convenience stores, including a Tesco Express, and not forgetting the waterside pub, 'The Riverside Pub and Restaurant'. This property makes for a very modern, coastal retreat.
THE APARTMENT: The Master Bedroom in this apartment is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and an ensuite shower and toilet. There is also a Twin Bedroom (the two single beds can be zipped together into 6ft Super King Bed but is made up as a twin as standard).
The lounge/diner, which is open plan with a sofa bed to sleep one or two, offers plenty of space and has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Off the lounge are sliding patio doors which lead onto an open patio area with table and chairs and which benefits from sea glimpses. This is a perfect setting for alfresco dining and watching the world go by.
The high specification kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - MICROWAVE.
The apartment has a modern bathroom which has a bath, shower facility and a toilet.
There is off road parking in the car park for one car.

THE LOCAL AREA: Hengistbury Head is a short walk from the property and is a natural scenic area of Headland between Bournemouth and Christchurch. It is an area of outstanding beauty with far reaching views of Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, the Isle of Wight, Poole Bay and Bournemouth. A scenic land train (known as the Noddy train) makes regular journeys from the cafe to the end of the spit, a journey of ten or so minutes. The Hengistbury Head visitor centre offers a variety of activities for all ages and abilities. Wick Village is walking distance away for riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. In Wick Village is Tuckton Tea Gardens, a crazy golf course, river boat hire and ferries which will take you to Christchurch Quay. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to more riverside walks and the park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). A short walk away on the Broadway you will find a local convenience store, fish and chip shop and a post office store. A very short drive will take you to Southbourne Grove where you can find Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local, other local shops, cafes, bars and a range of restaurants. Bournemouth centre and Boscombe are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town with beaches, high street stores, tourist attractions and many bars and restaurants.

Nice property. Could do with a couple more pictures on wall and a plant to make more homely, but nice room. Could not open any bedroom window or turn down temperature we were very hot in the bedroom but would reccomend as nice property in good location. Found all the keys and codes a bit daunting

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was very clean and so much equipment provided just a larger sieve would be helpful. Very well situated so everything is nearby that you would need. We did struggle trying to get the keys out of the key safe to get in on arrival. By the pictures we thought the garden would be slightly bigger and only gets the sun on the patio for part of the day but with the beaches so close it really didnt matter.
