**The pool does not have a barrier. Children of all ages must be supervised at all times in all outdoor spaces. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable for any accident.

*Our home is located in SWFL, so you are likely to encounter bugs and other wildlife. Common to this area are lizards, burrowing owls, red centipedes, dragon flies, large palmetto bugs (look like cockroaches) and frogs. The property is treated regularly, but you still may encounter them. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for the occasional pest.

NO SMOKING inside the home. Any smoke or damages found after checkout is subject to a damage fee up to $500.

We understand that many guests prefer the privacy of the pool without having a camera and we suggest covering the camera in the pool area up when you are outside on the Lanai. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the pool camera be touched and altered. When this occurs, it knocks the camera offline and requires a maintenance person to be called to the residence. If you alter the pool camera or turn it off, you will be charged a maintenance fee. This camera is in place to monitor our lawn services and to ensure there are no trespassers or accidents.
