Pet Policy

We’re happy to host responsible pet owners! To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and peaceful environment:

A $75 pet fee applies per stay for all approved pets.

Pets must be pre-approved before arrival — please include your pet’s breed and weight when booking.

We welcome small to medium dogs up to 40 lbs.

Unauthorized or undeclared pets will result in a minimum $250 fee and may lead to cancellation.

Pets must stay off furniture and bedding, and guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or repair costs due to pet-related wear.
