Enjoy the most breathtaking views on the Emerald Coast from the sparkling emerald waters to the pristine sugar-white sand all right from your expansive balcony as well as from many areas of the unit including from the primary suite!
With a spacious layout designed for comfort, this unit is perfect for hosting the whole family or a group of friends. There is plenty of seating for relaxing, dining & entertaining throughout the open living/dining/kitchen area + balcony!
Tucked away in the charming community of Blue Mountain Beach along scenic 30A, our private building with it's own private beach is rare retreat you wonât want to miss!
*BEDROOMS:
Primary: Separated from other bedrooms with King Bed, flat screen, balcony access, water views & en suite bath (tub, shower, 2 vanities).
Guest: Two guests suites. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, both with flat screen TV's with their own adjoining full bathrooms (adjoining king bedroom bathroom also has access from the hall ).
This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room off of the main entry hall. There are two comfy twin beds for kids to sleep or lounge in and have their separate area. They can use the hall access to the full bath that is adjoined to one of the guest suites.
*AREA INFORMATION:
Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A , Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
*AMENITIES:

-Fitness Room
-Community Grilling Area
-Basketball Court
-High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the unit & building, Smart TVs with streaming + Direct TV
