Welcome to this beautiful fully renovated GULF-FRONT condo. This lovely condo has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sands of Santa Rosa Beach. B302 is located at the Villas of Santa Rosa Beach. This villa is very convenient to fine dining and, casual restaurants, ice cream shop as well as nail salons. It is also a short jaunt via bike or car to the quaint towns that dot 30A such as Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. Further down 30A, you will find Seagrove, Seacrest, Rosemary and Inlet Beach. This area along 30A does not allow any high rises or franchised restaurants so every place has its own unique characteristics.
There is no detail overlooked in this condo. From the moment you enter the front door, you will know that you have selected the perfect beach property! The foyer leads onto a front bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall you can gaze at the Gulf with a guest bedroom off of the hallway that sleeps two in a queen-sized bed. The third guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well and is across from the hall bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and side views of the emerald waves. The ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a quartzite countertop and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is just a few steps away and is fully equipped. There are quartzite countertops and a marble backsplash. All appliances are new and ready for your use. The expansive dining table seats 8 and the kitchen countertop has bar stools to accommodate 2 more. The dining room and living room share an open concept space and are located right off of the kitchen.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and two swivel rocking chairs. The tv and comfortable seating cozy the space for evenings after a long day at the beach. The views from every angle in the living spaces are unbelievable!
The balcony has breathtaking views and has seating for dining as well as enjoying the waves. The pool is right outside in the common area and is perfect for those days you may want to skip the beach to take in sunny rays.
There is a full washer and dryer that are located in the laundry room next to the kitchen.
We are certain that once you stay at this gorgeous condo you will definitely be back here again soon!
