• Clogged plumbing ($250 typical)
• Smoking or significant damage

Early / Late Requests

Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available depending on bookings. Message us the morning of arrival to check availability.

Maintenance

Pool Maintenance:
The pool is serviced weekly. A skimmer is available if leaves or debris enter between cleanings.

Lawn Maintenance:
The lawn crew briefly services the property once every two weeks.
